To counteract that bloated, nauseous week that comes after Christmas and right in time for us to squeeze into NYE dresses, we found 5 energizing (and surprisingly tasty) green juices. Besides, a few extra fruits and veggie never hurt anybody.

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers

6-8 kale leaves

1 handful of parsley

1 cucumber 2 celery stalks

1/2 lemon

1 large cucumber

1 Granny Smith apple

Ingredients:

8 oz spinach (~5 big handfuls)

4 oz grapefruit juice (~1 ruby red grapefruit)

3 oz apple juice (2 Granny smith apples)
