To make watermelon juice, all you need is the fruit and a good blender. Simply whiz chunks of melon in your blender until they’re nice and smooth. The resulting puree will be a little bit slushy and then pour the puree into a very fine sieve.
Add sugar or sweetener, if desired. Pour some cold water or ice cubes. Make sure to take the seeds out of the watermelon. You can add some (washed) mint leaves in the blender, especially for a cool taste.
